We develop digital tools and computational solutions that transform clinical practice, education, and research in dentistry.

The Interdisciplinary Research Group in Digital Dentistry (InReDD) brings together professors and researchers with the aim of evaluating, innovating, and disseminating the applicability of digital technologies in Dentistry.
Our vision is to be a reference in teaching, research, and innovations involving the use of cone-beam computed tomography, intraoral and facial scanners, additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and virtual platforms for work and teaching in Dentistry.
We value ethical and science-based action, with the goal of improving the training and work tools of dentists to offer more efficient treatments to patients.
Our team is composed of coordinating professors from DCM/FFCLRP USP, from the Department of Computing and Mathematics (Professor Alessandra Alaniz Macedo) and the Faculty of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto (Professor Camila Tirapelli and Prof. Dr. Hugo Gaêta Araújo), as well as postdoctoral, doctoral, master's, and scientific initiation researchers, who collaborate on innovative projects in the area of Digital Dentistry.
Evaluate, innovate, and disseminate the applicability of digital technologies in dentistry.
To be a reference in studies involving the use of clinical images and artificial intelligence in dentistry and virtual platforms for work and teaching in dentistry.
To work ethically and based on science, to improve the training and tools of dentists, and to offer the best and most efficient treatment for patients.
At InReDD, we develop and apply digital tools and computational solutions to transform clinical practice, education, and research in dentistry. Our work aims to improve diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and patient outcomes through innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
